North Beach Village is located just north of the Holmes Beach town center. After a day at the beach hop on the free trolley, on Gulf Drive, and take it into Holmes Beach for great dining and nightlife. This vacation home offers three parking spaces.
In the living room find plush seating, a flat-screen television, and the open front balcony of this gorgeous Anna Maria Island vacation rental home. Wireless internet, cable television, and local calling are provided to keep you connected during your stay. This rental does offer a washer/dryer and a BBQ grill.
Head over to the community pool for a swim! The pool is heated, and the pool patio area offers seating and restrooms.

North Gulf Villa is just a few steps to the main free trolley line that can take you anywhere you want to go on this beautiful 7-mile island.
North Gulf Villa has all the features, one associates, with modern beach life; the villa also has a well-equipped kitchen and top-of-the-line appliances.
When entering North Gulf Villa, you walk up a short flight of stairs to the main level, which includes a large open-plan living area with lots of natural light, a kitchen, and a beautiful master bedroom with a KING-size bed and en suite REMODELED bathroom.
Two additional Queen bedrooms and a single plus a living room queen memory sofa bed, most comfortable than any existent sofabeds.
This townhome is spread over 3 floors. Both 2nd and 3rd-floor bedrooms offer a queen bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room for extra accommodation. There are 2 individual decks for you to relax in and soak up the sun. The first is next to the large family room which provides extra space to relax. It's a large outside patio. Enjoy the Japanese-style garden and waterfall. The townhouse has a flat-screen TV and a fuss ball table for additional family entertainment. The downstairs double garage accommodates the washer/dryer, extra room for parking, and your personal gear.

Great time at this rental. Short walk to beach. Red tide cooperated and blew offshore. Only drawback for these 80 year old legs was lots of stair climbing to bedroom on 3rd floor.

Sun filled townhouse inside and out! Loved the 3 outdoor deck spaces... ate outside 3 meals a day! 1/2 block from beautiful white beach.

When I first started looking for a place to stay I wanted easy access to a pool and the beach. I was very pleased with both. The beach is a short walk away and the community pool was very neat and clean. I also had 6 people staying and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of pots, pans and dishes. The bathrooms are clean, too. The beds were comfortable, too. The only negative would be the game room- it smelled musty and was a little humid. We didn’t spend any time down there anyway. There were also a lot of beach and pool items we used such as chairs, noodles and a cooler. I would recommend this house to my friends :)

Property was clean smart and as advertised. Location was excellent, close to beach, near to restaurants and stores. Neighborhood was quiet, relaxed and like stepping back in time no heavy construction or high rise properties dominating the beachfront. Property owner was responsive and fully engaged. Property has lots of outdoor space. The deck wraps around and there is a screen porch in back. Upper bedroom has a deck and there is a lower level deck with a grill in the back. (Deck could use Some maintenance) We never used the small detached room behind the garage or lower deck. The location is excellent, right across the street from the beach. Kitchen is adequately stocked with pans & utensils. We would consider renting this townhouse again.
